I absolutely adore this place. I lived in Daegu, and I took regular trips to Gyeongju. I've eaten here four or five times, and I'd really like to go again. It's totally vegan, and you regularly find Buddhist monks eating here.
When in Gyeongju, there's a tourist information booth next to the bus terminals. They can make a reservation for you, or write down directions for a taxi driver. In my Korean phrasebook, I've always kept the little paper that your (wooden) silverware comes in, because it has the name and phone number of the restaurant on it.
So that, in the eventuality I accidentally find myself in Gyeongju by surprise, I can still find the place.
By the way, Kenneth, you rock.
